The 1995 Donruss Elite series features silver holographic, die-cut borders with a marble type inner border surrounding the player photo. Each card is numbered to 10,000 copies and sequentially-numbered as a continuation of the set that began in 1991, picking up from where the 1994 set left off. The first 9900 copies of cards 49-54 were inserted into Series One packs, and cards 55-60 were in Series Two. The Griffey here is a BGS 9.5 with 3 9.5 subgrades Randomly inserted into all Series Two boxes were 100 "Hot Packs" that contained a full set of all twelve Elite Series inserts -- each with matching serial numbers.
