Inserted in 1993-94 Fleer second series 15-card and 21-card packs. The horizontal fronts feature color player action cutouts superimposed upon a borderless metallic motion-streaked background. Because of the borderless black foil, these cards are difficult to find in high graded. Presented here is a Michael Jordan copy, graded PSA 9 with (3) 9 and (1) 9.5 subgrade.
